Scholarships

Each year, with the generous support of alumni and corporate donors, the college is able to provide scholarships to students meeting various criteria including, but not limited to, high academic achievement, leadership, engagement, financial need, community pharmacy interest, etc. 

Current Students

Information on available scholarships is emailed to current students, describing available scholarships and the application process. Applications are submitted via the Student Services website during the open application period. Award amounts vary (see scholarship descriptions). Applications for current students typically open in February and students are selected by the COP Student Scholarship Committee.  A list of recently awarded scholarships is provided below.

Incoming Students

The Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy offers scholarships to qualified incoming students in recognition of their academic achievement, professionalism, and dedication to excellence in pharmacy. Scholarship availability and award amounts vary.

The college’s Scholarship Subcommittee automatically reviews all incoming students for scholarship consideration at the time of acceptance. No separate inquiries are required.

If the Scholarship Subcommittee invites a student to apply for a scholarship, the Admissions Office will contact the student by telephone and follow up by email with the application and further instructions.

Additional NSU scholarships are available through the university.
