Renee is the Faculty-Nominated Student of the Month for April 2025 for:

• Outstanding academic performance (Chancellor’s List, Dean’s List)
• Sustained excellence in leadership (Dean’s Ambassador; SCCP Service Outreach Chair; Former Class Secretary)
• Contributions to community service (NSU A Day for Children)
• Research experience (published five peer-reviewed and PubMed-indexed papers, conducts bench research with faculty)
• “In addition to her top grades and remarkable skills and qualities in doing research, Renee is already heavily involved with student organizations demonstrating outstanding leadership abilities as well as phenomenal accomplishments/feats towards advancement of the profession, all of which in just the past 90 days.”
