Erika Fennick

Erika Zwachte, Pharm.D., is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy. She graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in 2020 where she also subsequently completed her PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency in 2021. Zwachte has developed a strong clinical and academic background through her work in patient-centered care, chronic disease management, and pharmacy education. Her professional interests include ambulatory care services, managed care initiatives, community pharmacy practice, and advancing student pharmacist development through experiential and classroom teaching.
