Rochelle Nappi, Ed.D. is currently director, professional well-being and belonging. In this role, she directs, plans, and delivers related initiatives for faculty, staff, and students, and provides education and resources for various wellness programs and resiliency strategies. Dr. Nappi is developing the College’s BEDI (Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) plan and serves as a member of NSU’s BEDI Council. She is honored to be the champion of an integral component of the college culture and is committed to creating a positive working and learning environment to support all stakeholders of the college.
Dr. Nappi coordinates the first course within the leadership and professional development course series, focused on the concepts of professionalism and self-realization. Her past research projects have been in the areas of leadership development, mentoring, and communicating across the generations. Dr. Nappi maintains membership with the American Association of College of Pharmacy (AACP) and actively participates in their well-being and resiliency community. She received master's and doctoral degrees, both in Education, from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University.
