Dr. Pansuria joined Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy (NSU-COP) as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice in July 2019. Dr. Pansuria received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University in 1998 and her Pharm.D. from NSU-COP in 2003. Dr. Pansuria holds over 20 years of community pharmacy practice experience and her areas of interest include medication therapy management (MTM), transitions of care (TOC), nonprescription drugs and self-care, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, and topics related to community pharmacy practice such as test and treat, collaborative practice, and vaccine initiatives. She is a licensed pharmacist in Florida and Pennsylvania and has a consultant pharmacy license in Florida. Dr. Pansuria mostly coordinates first year courses such as Pharmacy Skills Development I Lab and Nonprescription Drugs and Self-Care but also provides didactic lectures to second- and third-year pharmacy students. She is also the recipient of the 2022 Golden Apple Award from NSU College of Pharmacy which recognizes faculty for their excellence in teaching. Dr. Pansuria currently serves as the Chair for the College of Pharmacy Admissions Committee.
