Dr. Oren Elharar received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in 2014. Post-graduation, Dr. Elharar practiced in the community pharmacy setting as well as the long-term care pharmacy setting where he gained experience with various patient populations and compounding. Through these career opportunities, he developed a passion for educating others and his hope is to pass this on to student pharmacists. Dr. Elharar holds membership in multiple organizations, including the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, American Pharmacist’s Association, Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, and Rho Chi Honor Society.
Dr. Elharar has been a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy since 2018. For the
past 4 years, Dr. Elharar has played a pivotal role in the Office of Assessment, supporting
the assessment readiness process for faculty and students. Dr. Elharar takes pride
in working at his alma mater and he enjoys working with students to help foster their
growth in academic achievements.
