Samantha is the Faculty-Nominated winner of the "Student of the Month for March 2021" in recognition for:
- Leadership in professional societies: Samantha served as president of College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists and secretary of Kappa Psi
- Advancement of the profession of pharmacy: Samantha organized and is highly involved in multiple events taking place during the COVID-19 pandemic (National Alliance on Mental Illness walk, mental health first aid training, epilepsy 101, mental health and COVID impact)
- National representation of NSU: speaker at the CPNP National Collegiate Chapter speaking on NSU CPNP Community Service Success story
