Farley is the Faculty and Staff-Nominated winner of the "Student of the Month for December, 2016" for:
- Exceptional leadership skills: President of SGA
- Countless involvements in NSU COP: Treasurer of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society and Brother of Phi Delta Chi
- Advocacy of the profession by serving as a Legislative Force Task member and attending legislative day
