Each speaker will disclose any "off labeled" use and significant financial or other relationships with commercial companies whose products may be discussed in their lecture. It is the policy of the Department of Continuing Pharmacy Education to screen each speaker's presentation to ensure that it is free of bias and what may be construed as commercial promotion.
To obtain credits for continuing pharmacy education, participants must sign-in each morning when they arrive and at other randomly selected times, and submit a completed Certification of Participation document, providing all requested information including license numbers, at the time of departure. Credits will be submitted within 30 - 60 days.
