Disclosures, Policies and Requirements
Disclosure
Each speaker will disclose any "off labeled" use and significant financial or other relationships with commercial companies whose products may be discussed in their lecture. It is the policy of the Department of Continuing Pharmacy Education to screen each speaker's presentation to ensure that it is free of bias and what may be construed as commercial promotion.
Requirements To Receive Continuing Education Credit
To obtain a statement of credit for continuing pharmacy education, participants must sign-in each morning when they arrive and at other randomly selected times, submit a completed certification of participation document, and provide a completed program evaluation form at the time of departure. Statements of continuing pharmacy education credit will be mailed the requesting participant in about 2-3 weeks.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refund of Registration fee, less $7.00 service charge, will be provided for written cancellations made at least 1 week before the program begins.
- No refunds will be granted after the date of the program. NSU has the right to limit the number of participants attending a program.
