Award Amount: $500
Deadline: December 1
Requirements: Students must have been registered for the fall term. For Undergraduate and Graduate students. International students are welcomed to apply. Academic excellence will be considered in the awarding process. Please submit applications along with most current copies of receipts from our Book Store to the Office of Student Financial Assistance Scholarship Department.

TRUSTEE SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR STUDENTS

Applications available each year in April

Award Amount: $2500
Deadline: Priority June 15
Requirements: Awards are made to first year entering Graduate and first year entering Undergraduate full time students. Leadership ability, community/ volunteer activities and academic excellence will be considered in the awarding process. Minimum GPA is 3.2. Scholarships are renewable with a GPA of 3.0. Please submit applications along with prior schools unofficial transcripts to the Office of Student Financial Services Scholarship Department. Due to the number of students applying we will only notify the students selected.

THE ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSWOMEN (APB)
The APB in Weston , Florida , will award a $750 scholarship to provide financial support and enable women to further enhance their education, skills and knowledge through formal education.

Deadline:
September 1
Qualifications:
1. Women, age 21 or older with High School degree or equivalent (GED)
2. U.S. Citizen
3. Must live or attend school within APB boundaries - Sunrise Boulevard to the North, University Drive to the East and Sheridan Street to the South.
College, Vocational and Technical School tuition or related expenses

THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION GRADUATE RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM (GRFP)
The fellowship provides three years of financial support including a $30,000 annual stipend and $10, 500 cost of education allowance.  U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens at or near the beginning of research-based graduate studies in relevant science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines are eligible to apply.  For application and deadline information, go to: http://www.fastlane.nsf.gov/ . THE SALLIE MAE 911 EDUCATION FUND
Created in response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the 911 Education Fund provides scholarship dollars to children of those who were killed or permanently disabled in the attacks.

  2. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and be currently enrolled at NSU.
